How we use your details

This website is run by Shabstec Ltd, the provider of BIXAero. This notice explains what happens to the details you give us when you request a trial.

What we collect

When you request a trial we collect your name, work email address, phone number, organisation, type of organisation, and, if you give them, your job title and your message.

Why we use it

We use your details only to respond to your request and to arrange and support your trial. Our lawful basis is your consent, which you give on the form, and our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries about our service.

Where it goes

Your request is sent by email to our sales team. It is not stored by this website, not added to any mailing list, and not shared with or sold to anyone else. The email is delivered through Microsoft Azure Communication Services.

How long we keep it

We keep your enquiry for as long as we need it to deal with your request and any trial that follows, and then delete it.

Cookies

This website uses one strictly necessary cookie, which protects the trial form against forged submissions. It contains no personal information. We do not use analytics, advertising or tracking cookies.

Your rights

You can ask us for a copy of your details, ask us to correct or delete them, or withdraw your consent at any time by replying to any email we send you. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO).
